Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 work-day after receipt of payment and are shipped via the Swedish Post or Schenker according to the choise made when the order is placed. Small packages are sent as "letters" without tracking possibilities and larger ones as "parcels" with tracking possibility via each company's web site. If the package is sent as "parcel" the code for tracking will be sent to the customer with email in shortly after the package is sent.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

At the moment, the shipping fee is calculated according to the total price of the order and may not be the same as the actual cost for us. For e.g. small but expensive orders the shipping fee may be higher than the actual costs for us; please contact us directly if you feel that there is an error and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We do our best to package the items ordered well and securely, with sufficient protection material so that the shipment will not be damaged during transport. If a problem with damaged goods will occur, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Visible signs of transportation damage must be reported directly to the transport company when the delivery is made.

Shipment Returns

If there is a problem with the goods ordered, e.g. a cracked bowl or a missing page in a book, we will normally pay for the return of the package. This applies equally for transport damages and fabrication faults.

If you want to return a shipment for this reason, please contact us directly so that we can determine where the problem is and take the apropriate action. For transport damages we may need photographic evidence when dealing with the transport company.

Please note that a fabrication fault may look like a transportation damage and vice versa so make sure that you take photographs of suspected problems before opening the package.

The return of shipments with wrong content will also normally be payed by us, please contact us directly if this should happen and we will arrange for a solution.

If you want to return a shipment for another reason, you will normally have to pay for the return yourself. Please contact us directly with your reason for the return and we will decide exactly how to proceed.

Return of damaged goods is accepted up to seven days after delivery, note however that you must contact us first so that we can decide where the problem is (we may have to pass the issue on to the transport company). If you suspect that there is a transportation damage you may save time by contacting the transport company yourself, but we would also like to know of the issue, even if the transport company resolves it.

Return of goods because of wrong content is accepted within 10 work-days.

Other reasons for returns are normally accepted up to 5 work-days after delivery. Please contact us directly with the reason for the return and we will handle it as best we can.
